Well, exercise wise. Maybe we should call My Favorite Workout Things? Meh. I like the first one better.

I have found, through friends and through the internets, amazing things that have kept me running. I wanna share them so maybe they can help you, or at least you can try them out and then hate me for it and run just to spite me. Yeah? Maybe? Point is - they’ll be on here weekly. Yay!
