Tuesday workout

I did a speed workout on Tuesday (eep I know I’ll get better). 

  • 800 m warm up in 6:57
  • 400 m “sprint” in 2:27
  • 400 m “rest” in 3:30
  • 400 m sprint - 2:29
  • 400 m rest - 3:41
  • 400 m sprint - 2:37
  • 400 m rest - 3:36
  • 400 m sprint - 2:41
  • 400 m rest - 3:34

Usually I’d do a cool down but I was at my high school’s track and suddenly a gym class came out. Since it’s been 10 years since I went to school there, I thought it was better to high tail it outta there rather than you know. See anyone? While sweaty? Or something.
