Tuesday workout
I did a speed workout on Tuesday (eep I know I’ll get better).
- 800 m warm up in 6:57
- 400 m “sprint” in 2:27
- 400 m “rest” in 3:30
- 400 m sprint - 2:29
- 400 m rest - 3:41
- 400 m sprint - 2:37
- 400 m rest - 3:36
- 400 m sprint - 2:41
- 400 m rest - 3:34
Usually I’d do a cool down but I was at my high school’s track and suddenly a gym class came out. Since it’s been 10 years since I went to school there, I thought it was better to high tail it outta there rather than you know. See anyone? While sweaty? Or something.
